Return Policy

At Blonde & Bean, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items that are worn, damaged by pets, or missing components may not be eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at blondeandbean@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack and ship the item back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
