At Blonde & Bean, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items that are worn, damaged by pets, or missing components may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

Email us at blondeandbean@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Pack and ship the item back to us.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
